By using Textle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not add Textle to a chat or use the mobile or web applications.

Unofficial companion service

Textle is an independent scorekeeping service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The New York Times Company or the creators of Wordle. Wordle is a trademark of its respective owner.

Acceptable use

Do not use Textle for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, automated abuse, attempts to access another league, interference with the service, or excessive messaging. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block activity that threatens the service or its providers.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Textle permission to process that content only as necessary to operate and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Availability

Textle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Messaging delivery, game parsing, statistics, and availability may occasionally be delayed or incorrect. We may change or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage limits.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Textle and Ouckah LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from the service.
